Terms & Conditions and Waiver of Liability
Reinke Technologies LLC

By purchasing from, placing an order with, or entering into a contract with Reinke Technologies LLC (“Seller”), you (“Buyer”) agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
1. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, repair, or inability to use any product or service. Seller’s total liability shall never exceed the original purchase price.
2. Product Safety & Assumption of Risk
WARNING: Products may contain small parts, sharp edges, or hazardous materials. They are NOT intended for children, consumption, or medical use.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for:
- Safe use, handling, and disposal of any materials (including 3D printing filament, resins, electronics, chemicals, or solvents).
- Using proper ventilation, PPE, and safety precautions.
- Ensuring products are stored securely and kept out of reach of children and pets.
Seller is not liable for injuries, illness, property damage, or harm caused by misuse or unsafe handling.
3. No Warranty or Limited Warranty
All products and services are sold “AS IS” unless otherwise specified in writing. Seller disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any third-party warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
4. Custom Orders, Repairs & Approvals
Custom-made items, PCB repairs, and modified electronics are non-refundable once work has begun. Buyer is responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving all specifications, estimates, or diagrams prior to work.
- Understanding that repair work may void manufacturer warranties, and that modified electronics may no longer conform to original safety certifications.
Seller is not liable for:
- Failures resulting from pre-existing damage or manufacturer defects.
- Incompatibility with other hardware or future software updates.
- Data loss, functionality degradation, or reoccurring issues after repair.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only per Seller’s Return Policy, available at [Insert Your Website URL]. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All sales are final unless otherwise noted.
6. Payment Terms & Chargebacks
Payment is due as indicated on the invoice. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Buyer agrees to resolve any issues directly with Seller before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action.
7. Third-Party Products & Modifications
Seller is not responsible for issues resulting from third-party components, modifications, prior repairs, or unauthorized alterations to any item. Buyer accepts all risks associated with such changes.
8. Performance Disclaimer
Seller does not guarantee that products or repairs will perform in all environments, use cases, or applications. Buyer is responsible for testing suitability for their specific needs, including durability, power tolerances, or regulatory compliance.
9. Force Majeure
Seller shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, labor strikes, natural disasters, equipment failures, or government regulations.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, and content associated with Seller’s products and services remain the intellectual property of Reinke Technologies LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Seller reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate transactions for any reason, including suspected fraud, unsafe equipment, or abusive behavior.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Your State]. Any legal claims must be filed within one (1) year of the purchase date.
13. Waiver of Liability (3D Printing, Electronics Repair, & Custom Work)
Buyer acknowledges the following:
- Products and services may pose health, fire, or electrical risks if misused.
- Repaired items may have reduced safety margins, performance limits, or no original warranty.
- Buyer is solely responsible for safe operation, protective measures, and regulatory compliance.
- Seller is not responsible for injuries, damage, data loss, or recurring failure post-repair.
- Buyer waives all claims and agrees not to hold Seller liable for any consequences related to product use or services performed.
- Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller against any third-party claims.
14. Mandatory Acceptance (Online Orders & Repairs)
To complete checkout or authorize service work, Buyer must affirmatively acknowledge agreement to these Terms and Conditions:
“By checking the box or signing this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to Reinke Technologies LLC’s Terms & Conditions and Waiver of Liability. I accept full responsibility for the safe use of products and repaired items.”

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
